May 16, 2010 at 9:00 A.M., Katie Washington made history when she delivered the valedictory speech at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana at their 165th Commencement Exercises.  My daughter, Dominique Taylor and Katie know each other from their second grade class at the Banneker Achievement Center in Gary, Indiana.

This article only describes a fraction of the things I’ve  done, and will continue to do in the city of Gary.  Gary residents of G3-24 on the far westside of Gary, I assure you things will change. 

One of my primary responsibilities as your Precinct Committeeman will be to keep you abreast of the candidates whose best interest serves you and only you.      

Of course Ms. Bernice Ingram is responsible stabbing Mr. Tommie Hardy but the city of Gary and Ms. Gina Williams and perhaps one or two other dispatchers are guilty of negligence and failure to do their job which led to the deprivation of emergency medical care, something that would have saved Mr. Hardy’s life.
